Tom Narvaez Named to Style Weekly’s ‘Top 40 Under 40’ Class of 2025

Narvaez counsels clients on business immigration matters and advises multinational companies on the short-term and long-term employment of their foreign national employees. He represents clients in numerous industries to facilitate strategic approaches to their immigration programs and provide guidance on Form I-9 compliance.

Narvaez combines professional leadership, gained through his participation in Leadership Metro Richmond’s Leadership Quest, with civic engagement demonstrated through his service on the boards of the Sacred Heart Center and Virginia Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. His support for Richmond’s diverse communities reflects a deep commitment to strengthening the city.
