Williams Mullen Adds Corporate Attorney Jocelyn Miller in Richmond

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Jocelyn E. Miller has joined the firm’s Corporate Section as an associate in its Richmond office.

Miller advises clients on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business transactions. She supports clients by navigating various business needs, which include drafting and negotiating agreements, assisting with private securities offerings and advising on corporate structure and governance issues.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
