Williams Mullen Expands Virginia Regulatory Capabilities with Shianne Randolph

Williams Mullen is pleased to welcome Shianne R. Randolph as an associate in its Energy, Environment & Regulatory section in Richmond. 

Randolph represents energy and data center developers, electric cooperatives, large load customers, telecommunications companies and other businesses before the Virginia State Corporation Commission and other regulatory bodies, further strengthening the firm’s ability to counsel clients on Virginia energy and regulatory matters.

Randolph's practice focuses on electricity, natural gas, water and telecommunications, with an emphasis on helping clients navigate complex regulatory proceedings and the evolving demands on Virginia’s energy infrastructure. She brings experience advising data center developers and other large energy users as they navigate the regulatory considerations associated with growing energy demands.

Randolph holds a Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary.
