Williams Mullen Names Brian Haynes as Chief Financial Officer

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Brian A. Haynes has joined the firm as chief financial officer. Haynes will be based in the Richmond office and will oversee the firm’s financial operations. He will be responsible for planning, measuring and communicating the firm’s financial performance.

Haynes brings more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience to Williams Mullen. Most recently he has held senior leadership roles at both a Fortune 1000 financial services company and an AmLaw 200 law firm. He has also served in a variety of finance positions in the legal industry. Throughout his career, Haynes has built a strong track record of enhancing financial reporting, streamlining operational processes, and supporting both day-to-day functions and long-term financial planning.

Haynes earned his Master of Business Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University and his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
