Williams Mullen Ranked Third in Business North Carolina’s 2025 Best Employers List

Williams Mullen is proud to share that the firm was ranked third in the extra-large companies category of Business North Carolina’s 2025 Best Employers list, which makes it the 12th consecutive year that the firm has been recognized by the publication. This annual list aims to highlight the state’s companies that rank highly when it comes to motivating their teammates and attracting good employees.

The Best Employers in North Carolina is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the area’s best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback. Employees and their employers are polled on dozens of topics, from recruiting practices to recognition programs.
