Williams Mullen Welcomes Trio of Attorneys to Raleigh Office
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Chase H. Freeman, Lewis H. Hallowell and Ryan P. Moore have joined the firm’s Raleigh office as associates. Freeman joins the Corporate Section, Hallowell joins the Litigation Section and Moore joins the Financial Services & Real Estate Section.
Freeman focuses his practice on a variety of business transactional matters, including business entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.
Freeman earned his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Campbell University School of Law, graduating as valedictorian. During law school, he served as the editor in chief of the Campbell Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from North Carolina State University.
Hallowell focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. He draws on his prior experience as a judicial law clerk to advise and represent clients at all stages of litigation.
Hallowell earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he served as a senior staff editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy and a member of the Moot Court Board. Lewis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
Moore focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, such as handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development projects, tax credit transactions, and circumstances involving land use and zoning.
Moore earned his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as the articles editor of its First Amendment Law Review, and his Bachelor of Arts degrees in both economics and Spanish from North Carolina State University.
