Yasmin Bagha Joins Williams Mullen as a Construction Associate in our Tyson’s Office
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Yasmin Bagha has joined the firm’s Construction Practice Group in our Tyson’s office.
Bagha’s practice focuses on construction litigation and government contracts. Specifically, she represents clients in all phases of the construction process, including construction contract formation, interpretation, and dispute resolution. She further advises clients with respect to contractor and subcontractor claims, to include payment and performance bond disputes.
Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Bagha practiced at a regional firm in Washington D.C. where she represented individual and corporate clients in complex litigation, employment, and professional liability matters in state, federal, and appellate courts. Bagha graduated from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech. Following law school, Bagha served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sharon V. Burrell, Associate Judge for the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
Bagha is fluent in Farsi and proficient in Spanish.
