Daniel Durst Co-Edits 2025 Edition of VBA Guide on Estate Administration

Daniel Durst, a partner in Williams Mullen’s Tax Section, co-edited the 2025 edition of A Guide to the Administration of Decedents’ Estates in Virginia, the Virginia Bar Association’s publication on estate matters. 

First released in 1996, the guide remains one of the VBA’s most-visited resources and serves both legal practitioners and the general public. The 2025 edition reflects key updates in Virginia estate law, changes to dollar limitations, elective share statutes and statutory citations.
