Williams Mullen Represents Aligned Fitness in its Acquisition by Private Equity Firm
Williams Mullen represented Aligned Fitness, a leading regional health and wellness company with franchise pilates studios located across the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic, in its acquisition by Eagle Merchant Partners.
The transaction will allow Aligned Fitness to accelerate its expansion into new markets with Eagle Merchant Partners’ additional resources. The Williams Mullen team was led by corporate attorneys Amish Patel and Aaron Spencer, who guided Aligned Fitness through closing the deal with support from Jenny Connors, Caitlin McClelland, Brydon DeWitt, Chase Freeman, Robby Lawson, Ryan Moore and Mike Lord.
