The firm’s LGBTQ+ Initiative supports an environment that allows our LGBTQ+ employees to contribute meaningfully and to succeed professionally.
We envision a workplace where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees are able to reach their full potential because they feel supported by their colleagues and safe to embrace their sexual orientation, gender identity and expression. Because our diversity of perspectives are encouraged and supported by our colleagues, we are motivated to own our careers, develop our skills and knowledge, and undertake greater responsibilities, demonstrating our increased commitment to making Williams Mullen an outstanding professional experience. We also lend our time, talents and resources to activities that support members of our LGBTQ+ community.
"As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and in my leadership role, I see the positive impact of our firm’s efforts in creating an inclusive workplace that ensures our LGBTQ+ colleagues feel seen, included, and valued. The implementation of progressive employment policies and benefits tailored to support the diverse needs of our community further underscores our commitment.”
