Dan Durst Elected Chair of the Virginia Bar Association’s Wills, Trusts & Estates Section

Congratulations to Dan Durst who was recently elected as the new chair of the Virginia Bar Association’s Wills, Trusts & Estates section. Durst will serve a one-year term that began on Feb. 3^rd.

As the new chair of the Wills, Trusts & Estates section, Durst will lead efforts to promote excellence and innovation in the practice of estate planning and administration. The Virginia Bar Association is a statewide professional organization of attorneys, judges and law students, dedicated to advancing the administration of justice and promoting the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
