Williams Mullen represented Retail Store Networks, Inc. (d/b/a WholesalePet.com), a profitable B2B ecommerce platform in its sale to EMERGE Commerce Ltd., a Canadian public company and acquirer and operator of niche e-commerce brands throughout North America.
