Tom Frantz Co-Authors Op-Ed on GO Virginia Success

On Feb 12, the Virginian-Pilot published “GO Virginia initiatives are delivering on the promise of economic growth,” an op-ed written by Tom Frantz and Anne C. H. Conner. 

Frantz is chair of the GO Virginia Region 5 Regional Council and chairman emeritus of Williams Mullen, and Conner is vice chair of the GO Virginia Region 5 Regional Council and president of public finance and community investment at TowneBank.
