Williams Mullen Recognized in 2020 Chambers High Net Worth Guide; Farhad Aghdami and Dan Durst Ranked in Private Wealth Law

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that the firm’s Estate Planning: Private Client & Fiduciary Services Practice received a “Band 2” rating in the 2020 Chambers High Net Worth Guide for Private Wealth Law.

Farhad Aghdami was rated a “Band 1” attorney, the highest rating available, and Dan Durst was named an “Up and Coming” lawyer.

Farhad has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients with wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, income tax planning for individuals and businesses and fiduciary litigation. He is the Virginia State Chair of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). One source said, "He's excellent. Dan has more than ten years of experience and advises clients on a wide range of estate planning, trust and estate administration, business succession and tax matters. He was named a Fellow of the ACTEC in April 2019. He regularly assists high net worth individuals, business owners and professionals with their estate planning needs, including the preparation of wills and trusts such as revocable trusts, insurance trusts, dynasty trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and charitable lead and remainder trusts.
