Williams Mullen Welcomes Tax Attorney Kevin Bender

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Kevin Bender has joined the firm as an associate in our Estate Planning: Private Client & Fiduciary Services Practice. Mr. Bender will be based in the Richmond office.

Mr. Bender focuses his practice on the representation of high net worth individuals and closely held businesses with respect to a variety of tax, wealth planning, trust and estate administration and general business matters. He also provides tax counsel in connection with corporate and partnership formations, reorganizations, recapitalizations, and similar transactions.

Mr. Bender earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as the communications editor for the William & Mary Law Review. During law school, he also served as a summer legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through the Student Honors Program and as a legal extern for the Hon. Justice LeRoy F. Millette, Jr., of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
