Bryce M. Yancey

Bryce Yancey focuses his practice on private securities offerings, corporate transactions and general business matters. He counsels clients on the structuring of offerings under Rules 506(b) and 506(c) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, as well as tax-deferred exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
He assists clients with a range of securities compliance and transactional matters, including the preparation of operating agreements, negotiation of contracts and leases and other business governance issues.
Bryce earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
