Joseph W. Kleiner

Joey Kleiner focuses his practice on tax matters affecting businesses, business owners, and investors, helping them navigate complex federal, state, and local tax rules and regulations. He also has experience with real estate transactions, contract matters, and trust and estate planning, including asset protection and charitable giving strategies.

Joey was treasurer for Real Property Probate and Trust Law Society at Stetson University College of Law. He also served as a volunteer tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.

Joey earned his Master of Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida.
