Mary C. Fritz
Mary Fritz focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters at the state and federal levels, including business disputes, regulatory compliance and class actions. She draws on experience as a judicial law clerk to advise and represent clients at all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Mary clerked for the Honorable Mark R. Colombell and Roderick C. Young of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. During her clerkships, Mary drafted judicial opinions and prepared memoranda for various hearings and settlement conferences. She also previously interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Mary earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University.
