Meredith Haynes represents business, insurance, and health care clients in state and federal litigation, regulatory proceedings, and investigations. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, business torts, employment, and defense of claims brought under various consumer protection statutes. Meredith has significant courtroom experience and has handled all aspects of litigation, including arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, motions practice, expert discovery, and trial practice.

She is listed in Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars magazine (2014-2015, 2017-present), and she has been listed as one of Virginia's "Legal Elite" among young lawyers by Virginia Business magazine (2017 and 2020-2021). She has also been listed in Virginia Medical Law Reports’ list of Million Dollar Defense Verdicts. Meredith received the Virginia State Bar’s Outstanding Service Award in 2013. She is a member of the board of Read to Them, a nonprofit organization that promotes family literacy.

In 2015, Meredith graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law’s National Trial Advocacy College, which is a week-long CLE program for practicing litigators.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University and her Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.
