Patricia L. Sager
Patty Sager is chief marketing officer of Williams Mullen, leading the firm’s marketing, business development and communications functions across all offices and practice areas. She serves as a strategic advisor to firm leadership, driving initiatives that strengthen the firm’s brand, expand client relationships, and support revenue growth.
With more than 25 years of experience in professional services marketing, Patty develops and executes firmwide strategies, manages branding and communications initiatives, directs event and sponsorship programs, and oversees client development efforts. She leads a 10-person marketing team across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Before joining Williams Mullen, Patty was Area Director of Marketing for Ernst & Young.
Patty serves on the board of the Autosomal Dominant Optic Atrophy Association and is a past chair of the Richmond Chapter of the American Marketing Association’s CMO Roundtable. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Geneseo.
