Stephanie A. Hoke

Stephanie Hoke advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters, including corporate governance, reorganizations, joint ventures and related business transactions. She supports clients on the legal and transactional aspects of their corporate needs and business objectives.

She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the College of William & Mary Law School, where she served as logistics counsel for the National Trial Team, notes editor for the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and secretary of the Public Service Fund. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Virginia Wesleyan University.
