There is a wave of problem loans coming as business “reopens” throughout America. Join this virtual presentation providing strategies and information aimed at reducing lenders’ risks of a bad loan and providing tips for recognizing “red flags” of looming problems, mitigating risks when the loan goes into the ditch and achieving a successful workout or collection. The presentation will cover:

  • necessary diligence and advice on initial steps and communication with obligors
  • steps to decide whether to upgrade the credit or getting it out of the bank

  • forbearance agreements
