Although this year’s Virginia General Assembly was a short session, there was still a long to-do list and lots of activity involving several important pieces of proposed energy legislation. The webinar will be hosted by Brad Nowak, co-chair of Williams Mullen’s Energy practice group, where he will be joined by Patrick Cushing, vice chair of Williams Mullen’s Government Relations practice group, and Chris McDonald, Director of Government Relations.

• Renewable energy portfolio standard sources; competitive procurement (HB 2305)
