Bo Gilbertson Joins Williams Mullen’s Litigation Practice in Richmond

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Robert “Bo” P. Gilbertson has joined the firm’s Richmond office as an associate in its Litigation Section.

Gilbertson focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. In addition to his general commercial litigation practice, he supports matters involving construction-related parties and contract disputes.

Gilbertson has experience supporting matters through all phases of litigation, including dispositive motion practice, fact and expert discovery and deposition preparation in commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings. His experience includes work with clients across the financial, technology and industrial sectors.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served on the editorial board for the Virginia Law and Business Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Hampden-Sydney College.

Gilbertson is licensed only in New York and is not admitted to practice in Virginia.
