Robert “Bo” P. Gilbertson*
Bo Gilbertson focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. In addition to his general commercial litigation practice, Bo supports matters involving construction-related parties and contract disputes.
He has experience supporting matters through all phases of litigation, including dispositive motion practice, fact and expert discovery and deposition preparation in commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings. His experience includes work with clients across the financial, technology, and industrial sectors.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served on the editorial board for the Virginia Law and Business Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Hampden-Sydney College.
