Litigator Heather Black Joins Williams Mullen in Virginia Beach

Williams Mullen is pleased to welcome Heather R. Black as an associate in its Virginia Beach office. Black joins the firm’s Litigation Section.

Black represents clients in complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country. She guides matters from early case strategy and discovery through dispositive motions, trial preparation and appeal.

Most recently, Black served as a law clerk to the Hon. Elizabeth W. Hanes of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

She received her Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary Law School and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise.
