Senior Housing Transactions Partner Joe Stiles Joins Williams Mullen in Richmond

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Joseph L. Stiles has joined the firm's Senior Housing Transactions Team as a partner in the Richmond office.

Stiles represents clients across a range of industries, advising owners and operators in the senior housing industry on complex transactions and strategic business matters. He also has a strong background in commercial real estate, including development, construction, leasing, financing and other real estate matters for businesses ranging from privately held companies to multinational organizations.

He advises clients on business and corporate matters, including corporate formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate governance and commercial transactions. He counsels businesses through all stages of complex transactions, from structuring and negotiation to closing.

Stiles earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College.
