Vanessa Yearick Returns to Williams Mullen as Corporate Partner in Virginia Beach

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Vanessa T. Yearick has returned to the firm as a partner in its Corporate Section in the Virginia Beach office.

Yearick assists clients in matters involving securities, public finance and corporate law. Her experience includes offerings of equity and debt securities for privately and publicly held companies, as well as offerings of municipal bonds. She has assisted clients with a range of business matters, including entity formation, corporate governance and securities law compliance. She has served as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel and bank counsel in various types of tax-exempt and taxable municipal bond financings.

Yearick earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
