Vanessa T. Yearick
Vanessa Yearick focuses her practice on corporate transactions, counseling clients in sale transactions, acquisitions, private placements, and other general corporate matters. Vanessa has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, software and technology, entertainment, retail, and contracting. Vanessa also serves as bank counsel in tax-exempt bond financings.
Vanessa rejoined Williams Mullen after previously practicing with the firm from 2015 to 2020. Before that, she was an associate in the Corporate Finance group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. Vanessa also spent five years teaching in the history department at Norfolk Academy.
Vanessa earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
