Williams Mullen Elects Tyler Rosá Partner in Virginia Beach

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Virginia Beach attorney Tyler J. Rosá has been elected partner, effective Feb. 1.

Rosá, a member of the firm’s Finance & Real Estate Section, represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leases and financings. He counsels clients throughout the life cycle of a real estate transaction, from contract drafting and negotiation to due diligence and closing. Rosá also assists clients with navigating breaches of contract, subcontractor payments, property boundary lines, community associations and lease warranties.

Rosá has received several professional recognitions, including Virginia Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” (2023-2025), Virginia Lawyers Weekly “Up & Coming Lawyers” (2024), CoVaBiz Magazine “Top Lawyers” of Coastal Virginia (2022–present), Best Lawyers^® – “Ones to Watch” and Virginia Business “Legal Elite” Young Lawyer (2022–present). He was also named one of CoVaBiz’s 2019 Millennials on the Move (2019) and selected for Inside Business’ Top 40 Under 40 (2021).

Active in the community, Rosá serves as president on the executive committee of CBDX, the young professionals division of the Central Business District Association (CBDA) of Virginia Beach and is involved with the Virginia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the College of William & Mary School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College.
