Williams Mullen Presents Inaugural $25K Community Giving Award to Little Hands Virginia
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Little Hands Virginia has been selected as the first recipient of its Community Giving Award.
The Williams Mullen Community Giving Award was established to provide meaningful financial support to one nonprofit organization annually that demonstrates both a clear need and a strong impact in one of the communities we serve. The 2025 award winner was selected from 22 employee-driven nominations across the firm. This year’s recipient receives a single gift of $25,000.
“Williams Mullen’s dedication to community service is a fundamental part of our firm’s culture,” said Woody Fowler, president and CEO of Williams Mullen. “Establishing this award gives every employee an opportunity to contribute to a deserving organization in their community. We are proud to support Little Hands Virginia in making a difference in the lives of Richmond area families.”
Little Hands Virginia, which provides essential supplies to infants and toddlers from under-resourced families in Greater Richmond, will use the award to expand its impact across the region,” shared Founder & Executive Director, Taylor Keeney. “We are incredibly honored to be selected for this year’s Community Giving Award. Williams Mullen is all about ‘finding yes,’ and it shows in how they have gone above and beyond to support our mission through volunteering, diaper bundling, event support and more. We are grateful for their constant ‘yes’ to supporting Little Hands Virginia.”
Williams Mullen’s Community Giving Committee, comprised of employee representatives firmwide, reviewed all nominations and presented a single recommendation to the firm’s Board of Directors for approval. Little Hands Virginia was nominated by Elizabeth Scott “Scottie” Fralin, a corporate associate in the firm’s Richmond Office.
