Elizabeth Scott "Scottie" Fralin
Scottie Fralin advises companies on a wide range of corporate matters, with a concentration on the senior housing industry. She represents clients in a variety of transactional matters, focusing in particular on the acquisition and disposition of senior care-related real estate assets and secured lending. She has experience working with corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
Before coming to Williams Mullen, Scottie worked with the Virginia State Corporation Commission Office of General Counsel, advising and representing the Commission’s Bureau of Insurance.
Scottie received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, cum laude, where she was editor-in-chief of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology, won the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Analysis & Writing and Pre-Trial Litigation Skills, and served as the community chair for Richmond Women’s Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Virginia.
