Williams Mullen Strengthens Intellectual Property Section in Raleigh with Addition of Jenny Wang

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Jenny J. Wang has joined the firm’s Intellectual Property Section as a senior associate in its Raleigh office.

Wang is an experienced intellectual property litigator, representing clients in patent litigation disputes across a broad range of technologies before U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). She also advises clients on how to protect and enforce their proprietary technologies and rights.

Wang’s PTAB experience includes inter partes proceedings and support of strategic intellectual property enforcement and defense. She is a biologist by training, but has experience with a broad range of other technologies, especially telecommunications and wireless standard-essential methods and devices as well as consumer products and technologies.

Wang earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where she was a David W. Ichel Duke Leadership Law Scholar and served as a staff editor of the Duke Law Journal. She also earned her Master of Arts degree in bioethics and science policy and her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Duke University.
