Jenny J. Wang

Jenny Wang is an experienced intellectual property litigator, representing clients in patent litigation disputes across a broad range of technologies before U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). She also advises clients on how to protect and enforce their proprietary technologies and rights.

Jenny’s PTAB experience includes inter partes proceedings and support of strategic intellectual property enforcement and defense. She is a biologist by training but has experience with a broad range of other technologies, with a particular emphasis on cases dealing with telecommunications and wireless standard-essential patents, and consumer products and technologies.

Jenny has been an instrumental member of trial teams litigating patent infringement matters spanning all phases of litigation, including pre-suit diligence, claim construction, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motions, and post-trial briefing. She is also adept at working with technical experts to develop case strategies, analyze technical evidence, draft expert reports on patent infringement and invalidity, and prepare expert testimony for trial in high-stakes patent litigation.

Jenny earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where she was a David W. Ichel Duke Leadership Law Scholar and served as a staff editor of the Duke Law Journal. She also earned her Master of Arts degree in bioethics and science policy, and her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Duke University.
