Williams Mullen Welcomes Eight New Virginia Associates

Williams Mullen is pleased to welcome eight associates to the firm. Six of the associates will be based in Richmond and two will be based in Virginia Beach.

Anna M. Bailey has joined our Corporate Section in the Richmond office. Bailey focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, preparing entity organizational documents for entity formations and joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Bailey earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the College of William & Mary, where she made the Dean’s List throughout all semesters.
 
Cassidy C. Galindo has joined our Corporate Section in the Richmond office. Bowling assists clients in general corporate matters, working primarily with emerging growth companies and focusing on venture capital financings and other securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Bowling earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in psychology from West Virginia University, where she served as the policy and standards board chair for Pi Beta Phi.

Patrick J. Carr has joined our Tax Section in the Richmond office. Carr represents clients in matters related to the taxation of businesses, business owners and investors. Carr earned his Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School and his Bachelor of Political Science, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University.

Hannah R. Moore has joined our Health Care Section in the Richmond office. Moore’s practice focuses on representing health care providers including hospitals, physicians, long-term care providers, and behavioral health providers. Moore earned their Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and their Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary.

William D. Reach has joined our Corporate Section in the Virginia Beach office. Reach centers his practice on general corporate matters including company governance, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Reach earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from William & Mary Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Duke University.

Sara S. Sargent has joined our Financial Services & Real Estate Section in the Richmond office. Sargent represents national, regional, and local clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing matters and financing transactions. Sargent earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School and her Master of Science degree and her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in chemistry from the College of William & Mary.

Austin C. Tatom has joined our Financial Services & Real Estate Section in the Richmond office. Tatom focuses his practice on commercial real estate and finance matters including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing. Tatom earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he received the CALI Award in contracts and in criminal law, and his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Utah.

Kayla M. Worrall has joined our Financial Services & Real Estate Section in the Virginia Beach office. Worrall focuses her practice on representing clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisitions, financing, and land-use matters. Worrall earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, where she served as the president of the Human Security Law Center, the vice president of the Criminal Law Society, and was a member of the William & Mary Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice. Worrall earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Keene State College.
