Yiorgos Koliopoulos Honored as 2025 CoVaBIZ NEXTgen Award Recipient
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Yiorgos L. “George” Koliopoulos, senior associate in the Labor, Employment and Immigration Section in the firm’s Virginia Beach office, has been named a 2025 CoVaBIZ NEXTgen honoree.
Koliopoulos advises clients on complex employment issues involving trade secrets, noncompetition agreements and defense against discrimination claims. He counsels clients across a broad range of industries, helping them protect their business interests and resolve disputes efficiently.
A lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, Koliopoulos brings deep, personal investment in the region's success. Koliopoulos provides pro-bono legal services for individuals that lack resources in the region. He also serves as the legislative chair of the board of directors of the Peninsula Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a frequent presenter on new employment laws.
