Amber Duncan Honored by ABA 100 Women Who Inspire Us

Amber Duncan has been recognized as one of 100 Women Who Inspire Us by the American Bar Association (ABA). She was honored at the 2019 ABA Women in Litigation Joint CLE Conference in Chicago, November 13-15.

The Conference highlighted women successfully leading in the courtroom, in the judiciary and in the profession. The ABA is in the midst of a year-long celebration of the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment, which guarantees and protects women’s constitutional right to vote.

Ms. Duncan joined Williams Mullen’s Raleigh Office in November of 2018 as part of their Corporate Section. She focuses her practice on helping businesses comply with advertising, tax, licensing, promotional and corporate issues. She enjoys navigating complex corporate, compliance and regulatory issues at the federal level and in all 50 states.

Ms. Duncan earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law, and she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
