Key Deadline Approaching – Proposed 2020 State Medical Facilities Plan

July 24, 2019 marked the deadline for receipt of petitions for adjustments to need determinations and other written comments regarding the Proposed 2020 State Medical Facilities Plan. Timely-filed petitions and comments will be posted to the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation web-site. Those interested in commenting on one or more of the submissions must act quickly. August 8, 2019 is the deadline for receipt of written comments on petitions or comments submitted by the July 24th deadline regarding adjusted need determinations or other issues arising from the Proposed 2020 State Medical Facilities Plan. The State Health Coordinating Council will meet again on August 28, 2019 in Raleigh.
