04.24.2018 Tax Reform Act Lowers Hospitality Industry’s Alcohol Costs
In the Spring 2018 edition of the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association's At Your Service magazine, Gene Chianelli and Jennifer Morgan wrote an article about the impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and the hospitality industry's alcohol expenses. As part of the tax reform act, breweries, wineries and distilleries were granted a reduction in federal excise taxes.
