Williams Mullen Welcomes Senior Land Use Planner Megan Nedostup

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Megan Nedostup* has joined the firm as a senior land use planner in the Land Use Practice. She is based in the firm’s Charlottesville office.

Ms. Nedostup works with Williams Mullen’s Land Use Practice to assist clients with all aspects of the planning, zoning and development process, including overall project management, research and due diligence, managing complex applications, preparing application materials and presentations, facilitating community meetings and outreach, resolving project delays, and working closely with local planning and zoning staff in the offices of the various localities.

Ms. Nedostup has extensive experience coordinating and collaborating on a wide variety of projects in the commercial real estate industry, including, mixed-use developments, residential communities, research parks, affordable housing, educational facilities, retail centers and other commercial uses. She also has experience working with economic development projects and their related performance agreements.

Having served Albemarle County for fifteen years, from principal planner to development project manager, Ms. Nedostup brings an invaluable level of knowledge and experience to the firm’s land use team. She is a seasoned AICP-certified planner with an in-depth understanding of local government ordinances, comprehensive plans and development processes as well as established, deep-rooted relationships with local government officials and community leaders.

Ms. Nedostup earned her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture at Ohio State University.
