Alexander T. Yun
Alex Yun focuses his practice on construction litigation and commercial dispute resolution, representing contractors, subcontractors, owners and sureties in complex construction matters.
He guides clients through contract strategy, risk assessment, claim development and dispute resolution under public and private agreements. Alex has significant trial experience in district and circuit courts throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
In addition to his construction practice, Alex has experience in healthcare litigation, advising industry leading senior care providers and related entities in civil and regulatory matters. He has advised clients on compliance and risk management issues involving claims of negligence, abuse and wrongful death.
Alex earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University and his Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University.
