Williams Mullen Continues Growth of Tysons Office with Addition of Two Construction Attorneys
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Alexander T. Yun and Raziye A. Henning have joined the firm’s Litigation Section as part of the Construction Practice Group in the Tysons office. Yun joins as a senior associate, and Henning joins as an associate.
Yun focuses his practice on construction litigation and commercial dispute resolution, representing contractors, subcontractors, owners and sureties in complex construction matters. He guides clients through contract strategy, risk assessment, claim development and dispute resolution under public and private agreements. Alex has significant trial experience in district and circuit courts throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Yun earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University and his Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University.
Henning provides strategic legal guidance to construction companies throughout all phases of complex construction projects. She has extensive experience advising on contract negotiation, risk management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and litigation for large-scale public and private construction matters, including representing clients in multiple mediations as well as bench and jury trials involving construction-related claims. She brings prior experience as in-house corporate counsel for both a subcontractor and general contractor.
Henning earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from The College of New Jersey.
