Aprie'la C. Warren
Aprie’la Warren represents commercial real estate developers, owners and investors in transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and financing. She also navigates local land use and zoning approvals.
Aprie’la earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, she was actively involved in drafting Power of Attorney documents for clients at the UNC Cancer Clinic, provided corporate and transactional counsel to North Carolina nonprofit community development organizations at the UNC Community Development Law Clinic, and contributed to affordable housing efforts with the Durham Housing Authority Project. She also served as a representative for the Black Law Students Association and a Dean’s Fellow for UNC Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
