Williams Mullen Welcomes Nine New Associates Across Five Offices

Williams Mullen is proud to welcome nine associates to the firm, more than half of which were graduates of the firm’s Summer Associate Program. Five of the associates are based in Richmond, Virginia, and one each in Columbia, South Carolina; Raleigh, North Carolina; Tysons, Virginia; and Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Peyton R. Pratt has joined our Litigation Section in the Columbia office. Pratt represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College.

Aprie'la C. Warren has joined our Finance and Real Estate Section in the Raleigh office. Warren represents commercial real estate developers, owners and investors in transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and financing. Warren earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Anthony M. Freyre has joined our Tax Section in the Richmond office. Freyre focuses his practice on estate planning and trust and estate administration for individuals, families and business owners. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University.

Joseph W. Kleiner has joined our Tax Section in the Richmond office. Kleiner focuses his practice on tax matters affecting businesses, business owners and investors, helping them navigate complex federal, state and local tax rules and regulations. He earned his Master of Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida.

Hannah A. Nemanic has joined our Corporate Section in the Richmond office. Nemanic advises clients on a range of corporate transactions and business matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from High Point University.

Jami-Reese D. Robertson has joined our Finance and Real Estate Section in the Richmond office. Robertson assists clients with a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, development and financing. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Randolph-Macon College.

Kelly D. Vance has joined our Corporate Section in the Richmond office. Vance advises clients on corporate transactions and business structuring, including mergers and acquisitions in the senior housing industry. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, summa cum laude, her Master of Public Policy from the George Washington University and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Bucknell University.

Kevin J. Kearns has joined our Litigation Section in the Tysons office. Kearns represents clients in litigation, regulatory compliance, investigations and corporate transactions involving government contracts and associated matters. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Harvard University.

Savannah G. Kingery has joined our Labor, Employment & Immigration Section in the Virginia Beach office. Kingery advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, helping them navigate complex federal and state employment laws and regulations. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Centre College.
