Kelly D. Vance
Kelly Vance advises clients on corporate transactions and business structuring, including mergers and acquisitions in the senior housing industry. Before joining Williams Mullen, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable David J. Novak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Kelly earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, summa cum laude, where she was managing editor of the University of Richmond Law Review and a member of the McNeill Law Society and Order of the Coif. She earned her Master of Public Policy from the George Washington University and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Bucknell University.
