Hannah A. Nemanic

Hannah Nemanic advises clients on a range of corporate transactions and business matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Before joining Williams Mullen, Hannah served as a judicial intern to the Honorable David J. Novak of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as executive editor of the University of Richmond Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from High Point University.
