Peyton R. Pratt

Peyton Pratt represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. She works closely with businesses and individuals to resolve conflicts and support long-term legal and strategic goals. 

These matters include products liability lawsuits, mass torts, white collar criminal defense, business contract disputes, zoning and regulatory matters and environmental litigation.

Peyton is focused on assisting clients throughout the litigation process, from pre-litigation strategy and guidance through settlement negotiations, arbitration, trials and through appeals.

Peyton earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, where she served as a member of the Moot Court and Women in Law group. She also served as a senior articles editor for the South Carolina Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College.
