Kevin J. Kearns

Kevin Kearns represents clients in litigation, regulatory compliance, investigations, and corporate transactions involving government contracts and associated matters.

Kevin navigates legal issues to help clients find solutions and achieve their business goals. Before joining Williams Mullen, he served as a law clerk for the Washington Legal Foundation.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Barristers’ Council’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Advocacy Division. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Harvard University.
