William T. Fallon

William Fallon focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, finance, contract negotiation and other general corporate matters. He assists clients throughout the transaction process, including with acquisitions, dispositions, secured lending, transaction documentation, due diligence, and other matters involving the senior housing industry. He also has experience with commercial real estate transactions and disputes.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he won the CALI Award for Excellence in Transactional Skills, AI Law & Policy, and Professional Responsibility. He received his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
