Xiang "Cathy" Zhang

Cathy Zhang focuses her practice on representing middle-market and emerging growth companies in various transactions, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and other collaborations.

In addition, Cathy advises finance companies and legal funding companies on the application of federal and state consumer financial laws and the Uniform Commercial Code.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the College of William & Mary. She earned her Master of Architecture degree from Cornell University, and her Bachelor of Engineering degree from Tongji University in Shanghai.
